MCP Launch Refreshed Out Of Hours Service To Meet Growing Demand

We are proud to announce due to ongoing growth and demand for Out Of Hours and Emergency Response by our clients, that we have refreshed and launched a new, improved service. As a business which is continually learning and improving, this is just one of the many exciting enhanced service offerings which is being offered up to new and existing clients across the country.
MCP, with its head office based in Airdrie and satellite sites across the country will now have a dedicated 24 hour helpdesk to support their clientele across the divisions it works within. The Helpdesk will take calls and triage them, with the use of video calls and other techniques help resolve minor issues and quickly understand the situation in order to get the most suitable resources on site first time. This will not only limit damages but also reduce costs and wasted time. With the resources available to them including a large multi discipline team, significant stock as well as assets and resources across the country to be able to provide a rapid response when our clients need it most will make all the difference.
The new service will see MCP survey assets ahead of time to gain key information which will allow the responding engineers to have a wealth on information about the site at their finger tips. Not to mention, Property and Facility Managers will benefit from real time site information on our client portal and automated job sheets which will provide detailed information, images, signatures etc. to our client all at the touch of a button.
Initially this service will be on offer to our commercial facility management clients as well as property factoring with plans to extend the service into our social housing and letting agency clients in early 2024.
