In one example, our team undertook a trace and locate on a development for one of our factoring clients where the leaks had been ongoing for eight years and they had exhausted all their contractors. We stepped in and successfully located ten leaks across the development which we then documented allowing them to take forward repairs and then reinstatement.

We can also offer a remedial works service to complete repairs to the cause of loss if required. This allows the client to have one contractor to see the event from initial report to completion reducing stress and hassle. This also reduces problems down the line as sometimes when a contractor located an issue but does not repair it there can be disagreements over this which delays reinstatement works.
